Hello my lovely patients. I was on hiatus for quite some time but I'm back now and re-energized. I have been taking calls, but I haven't been able to devote any time to my blog. I will do everything in my power to get back on top of things and publish much more frequently. I really have missed you, your comments, your feedback.
